Departer is an expert in international recruitment concepts for German companies.

Based in Bremen, Departer – The German Headhunter – was founded in 2008 as a specialist recruitment consultancy and agency for international HR projects of companies within the German economy. Since 1999, the managers at Departer have been working nationally and internationally in recruitment and have  extensive expertise in the area of global executive search. The founders recognised early the need for innovative recruitment approaches that ensure the successful recruitment of professionals in a globalised world. The first milestone for the internationalisation of Departer’s existing network took place in one of the world’s most dynamic growth markets, the United Arab Emirates.

Departer already has one of the most selective career networks in international recruitment. Our goal is to establish Departer in all current and future foreign locations as a brand synonymous with reliable and successful multinational recruitment. Businesses and candidates should rightly place their trust in us.

Departer wants to be a pioneer in the development and deployment of innovative recruitment instruments in the German economy. We will be strategically expanding our international reach from its German headquarters. We want to be the first point of contact in Germany for start-ups in the MENA and Australian target markets from the planning phase on.

The ARRIVER concept for professionals planning to return from abroad is a project that we will continue to push hard with commitment to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in Germany.
