In principle, you can access our websites without leaving any personal data behind. However, as soon as you wish to contact us, especially if you wish to apply for an open position or be included in the applicant pool, we require such data from you.

6. Use of LinkedIn SocialPlugins

Our online services use functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Every time you visit one of our pages that contains functions of LinkedIn, a connection to LinkedIn’s servers is established. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the “Recommend button” of LinkedIn and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn is able to associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. We point out that we as provider of the pages have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and their use by LinkedIn. 7. Right to information and removal

3. Disclosure and use of personal data

The data is stored on German servers at our German IT service provider.

The data will not be passed onto other third parties, and in particular will not be transferred to third countries.

We use your personal data for the processing of your application and for the placement of a job with our interested parties and customers. Your data will also be transmitted to our interested parties and customers. If the data is passed on to third parties for the purpose of personnel placement, Departer has no influence on the storage, usage or deletion of this data by the third party; any data protection claims are therefore directed solely against the third party in this case.

4. Applicant pool

If you decide to be included in our applicant pool, all employees entrusted with filling positions can access your personal data in order to be able to offer you suitable job offers. You can join the applicant pool free of charge by registering and creating an applicant account with the consent of the data protection regulations.
